This study aims to improve the mathematics learning outcomes of third-grade students at SDN Ngujung 2 through the use of image media in teaching plane figures. The research was motivated by students’ low mathematics achievement, which was influenced by the perception that mathematics is a difficult subject and the limited use of instructional media in the classroom. This study employed a Classroom Action Research (CAR) design conducted in two cycles, each consisting of two meetings. The research subjects were 10 third-grade students. Data were collected through classroom observations, achievement tests, and documentation. Quantitative data were analyzed to determine the level of learning mastery, while qualitative data were used to describe changes in student engagement and participation. The results indicate a significant improvement in students’ learning mastery, increasing from 60% in the first cycle to 90% in the second cycle. These findings demonstrate that the use of image media effectively enhances students’ understanding of plane figures and improves overall mathematics learning outcomes
