This research aims to analyze the role of teachers in dealing with bullying behavior among students at SDN Maospati 01, Maospati District, Magetan Regency. Bullying is a form of aggressive behavior that can have a negative impact on students' psychological and academic development. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the research show that the forms of bullying behavior that most often occur at SDN Maospati 01 are direct verbal contact and non-verbal behavior both directly and indirectly, with indirect non-verbal behavior being the most dominant form. The role of teachers in handling bullying behavior is very important, including detecting, preventing and handling bullying cases. Teachers at SDN Maospati 01 play an active role in establishing a safe and inclusive school climate through cultivating an empathetic attitude, monitoring interactions between students, and implementing consistent sanctions against perpetrators of bullying. Apart from that, close collaboration between teachers, parents and school officials is the key to handling bullying cases effectively. The conclusion of this research emphasizes the importance of teachers' proactive role in dealing with bullying in order to create a school environment that is safe and conducive to student development.
