This qualitative study aims to explore the implementation and impact of the free tutoring program for underprivileged students at Sekolah Dasar Negeri Bogoarum 1. The research, with 18 participants, focuses on understanding the students', teachers', and parents' perceptions and experiences regarding the program's effectiveness, benefits, and challenges. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with the students, their parents, and the teachers involved in the program, as well as through direct observation of the tutoring sessions and document analysis of student academic records. The findings reveal that the program significantly improved students' academic motivation and self-confidence, despite having mixed results on immediate academic performance. Key themes that emerged include the students' appreciation for the personalized attention, the parents' gratitude for the financial relief, and the teachers' commitment to providing equitable educational support. The study concludes that while the program is a vital and positive initiative, its long-term success depends on a more structured curriculum and sustained teacher training. These insights offer valuable guidance for schools and non-profit organizations seeking to implement similar free tutoring programs.
