Administrative management of school activities at SMKN 1 Sooko Ponorogo frequently encounters inefficiencies due to conventional paper-based workflows, particularly in proposal submissions and the preparation of accountability reports (LPJ). These manual procedures often lead to prolonged approval cycles, disorganized physical archives, and limited transparency in tracking document status. This community service initiative aimed to develop and implement a web-based School Activity Management System to streamline bureaucratic processes and improve administrative efficiency. The system integrates the complete lifecycle of school activities into a centralized digital platform, including online proposal submission, digital validation and approval mechanisms, and automated report generation. By utilizing a centralized database, the platform ensures systematic digital archiving and facilitates quick document retrieval for monitoring and auditing purposes. The implementation results indicate a significant reduction in administrative processing time, improved document traceability, and minimized risk of data loss. Furthermore, the adoption of this digital system enhances the professional capacity of administrative staff and student organization (OSIS) members in managing institutional activities. This initiative supports the modernization of school governance and demonstrates the strategic role of information technology in improving educational management practices.
