PENINGKATAN PENGETAHUAN DAN KEMAMPUAN GURU PLB DALAM MENYUSUN KARYA TULIS ILMIAH PTK MELALUI KEGIATAN WEBINAR NASIONAL

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dampak pengembangan media pembelajaran interaktif terhadap keterlibatan peserta didik berkebutuhan khusus serta kompetensi guru dalam proses pembelajaran. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data yang meliputi observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan media pembelajaran interaktif mampu meningkatkan perhatian, motivasi, dan partisipasi aktif peserta didik, serta membantu siswa memahami materi pembelajaran secara lebih konkret. Selain itu, media pembelajaran interaktif turut mendorong peningkatan kreativitas guru dan memperkuat peran guru sebagai fasilitator pembelajaran. Dengan demikian, media pembelajaran interaktif berpotensi menjadi solusi inovatif dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan khusus, terutama apabila didukung oleh pelatihan dan pendampingan yang berkelanjutan.
