This community service program aims to enhance the pedagogical competence of teachers at PAUD Merah Putih, Kincang Wetan Village, Jiwan, Madiun, in implementing interactive, enjoyable, and developmentally appropriate English learning strategies for early childhood learners. The training was conducted through several stages, including preparation, material delivery, teaching simulations, group discussions, evaluation, and follow-up mentoring. The training approach was grounded in constructivist and sociocultural learning theories, emphasizing hands-on experience, play-based learning, and social interaction as the foundation of early language acquisition. The results indicate a significant improvement in teachers’ understanding of play-based English instruction principles, the use of creative learning media, and the ability to design thematic daily lesson plans (RKH) that integrate simple English expressions. Teachers also demonstrated increased confidence in using basic English in classroom interactions. Continuous mentoring further strengthened the implementation of the strategies learned during the training. In conclusion, this program effectively improved teachers’ pedagogical competence and contributed to the creation of a more engaging and effective English learning environment for young learners. The program is recommended for replication in other early childhood education institutions as part of early foreign language literacy development initiatives.
