The rapid advancement of information technology provides new opportunities for improving the quality of learning evaluation through the use of e-learning applications. However, the adoption of digital assessment tools remains limited among elementary school teachers, including those at SDN Ronowijayan, due to insufficient mastery of relevant technological skills. This community service program aims to enhance teachers’ competence in utilizing e-learning applications as effective tools for learning evaluation. The training was implemented through a technology-based approach consisting of hands-on practice and interactive discussions designed to strengthen teachers’ understanding of e-learning features, digital question development, and automated analysis of evaluation results. Participants were also guided through step-by-step procedures for creating, administering, and interpreting technology-supported assessments. The effectiveness of the training was measured using a post-training questionnaire to assess participants’ confidence and proficiency. The results indicated that teachers experienced increased confidence, improved technical skills, and a greater ability to streamline assessment processes using e-learning platforms. Additionally, teachers reported that the applications facilitated faster feedback for students and enhanced the accuracy of learning evaluation. Overall, this program contributed significantly to strengthening teacher competency in integrating educational technology into assessment practices and supported the development of a more efficient, innovative, and data-driven evaluation ecosystem at SDN Ronowijayan.
