Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors influencing the learning motivation of fourth-grade students in online learning at SD Negeri Kepolorejo. This research uses a descriptive quantitative approach with a survey method, involving 30 fourth-grade students as the subjects of the study. Data were collected through questionnaires measuring various aspects of learning motivation, as well as interviews to explore the factors affecting motivation in greater depth. The findings of the study indicate that the most significant factor influencing students' learning motivation in online learning is personal factors, such as students' interest and mental readiness to engage in online learning. Additionally, environmental factors, including parental support and the availability of technological facilities, also play a role in influencing students' motivation levels. Other findings show that although students have high intrinsic motivation, some barriers such as limited devices and internet connection issues hinder their learning process. This study concludes that to improve students' learning motivation in online learning, there is a need to enhance the quality of technological facilities, strengthen parental involvement, and adapt teaching strategies that support students' interests and needs. Therefore, it is recommended that schools and parents collaborate to create a conducive learning environment and ensure that students have adequate access to technology and relevant online learning materials.
