The aim of this research is to determine the condition of physical education facilities and infrastructure for sports and health at the Bakti Indonesia Medika Maospati Health Vocational School, Magetan Regency in 2023. This research uses quantitative descriptive methods. The population in this study was the Bakti Indonesia Medika Maospati Health Vocational School, Magetan Regency, 2023. Data collection techniques used documentation, observation, questionnaires in the form of questionnaires. Based on the research results, it can be concluded: The condition of the facilities and infrastructure supporting physical education activities for students at the Bakti Indonesia Medika Maospati Health Vocational School, Magetan Regency in 2023, it can be seen that the condition of the facilities and infrastructure for each branch is not the same. The results of data measurements carried out during the research showed that volleyball facilities and infrastructure were in the good category.
