Manajemen Fasilitas Pendidikan Jasmani Di Sekolah Menengah Atas
Abstract
The objective of this research is to find out and analyze the condition of the means of physical education of the secondary schools in Magetan district, data gathering in this research using observation techniques, interviews, and documentation. Quantitative data collected through observations, documentation, and interviews are analyzed using qualitative descriptive statistics.
The results of the research showed that the entire school of 10 SMANs in the Magetan district, namely SMAN 1 Barat, SMAN 1 Karas, SMAN 1 Kawedanan, SMAN 1 Magetan, SMAN 1 Maospati, SMAN 1 Parang, SMAN 1 Plaosan, SMAN 1 Sukomoro, SMAN 2 Magetan and SMAN 3 Magetan are already in the category Good related to sports facilities to support learning of physical education with the following details: flag poles 100%, volleyball equipment 75%, football equipment 70%, gymnastics equipment 60%, basketball equipment 55% and athletic equipment 55%.
The conclusion of this research is that the management and means of the conditions of the physical education in good categories, the provision of learning facilities is carried out with priority functional aspects.
