Penerapan Metode Latihan Untuk Memotivasi Belajar IPS Kelas V SDN Gambiran 2 Tahun Pelajaran 2021/2022
Abstract
Based on the results of observations made by researchers in class V Gambiran 2 Elementary School shows that students have low motivation to study social studies. Students who do not like social studies consider that social studies material is difficult because they have to memorize a lot, so they do not like social studies subjects. The purpose of this study is to find out the application of training methods in social studies learning for students in class V SDN Gambiran 2 in 2021/2022 and Academic Year to knowing students' motivation in social studies learning of students in class V SDN Gambiran 2 in 2021/2022 Academic Year. The method used in this research is qualitative. This type of research used by researchers in this research is descriptive research. Data analysis techniques in this study are data reduction, data display and data verification and drawing conclusions. The results of research conducted by researchers can be concluded that, 1) The application of training methods in social studies learning is carried out with the teacher preparing a lesson plan, research instruments, student attendance list, and student practice questions, the teacher's core activities deliver learning material according to indicators learning. The next activity is the implementation of the exercise, the teacher provides encouragement so students want to work alone. The teacher makes student reports in writing of what he has done; 2) Learning motivation is high enough to solve problems conveyed by the teacher. And the teacher in conducting the learning process in accordance with the learning implementation plan. In learning exercises students are more motivated in learning so that learning is more effective. Besides the motivation of students to take part in teaching and learning activities is very high when using the method of learning learning exercises.
