PELATIHAN PENULISAN KARYA ILMIAH UNTUK GURU SD DI KABUPATEN MAGETAN

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas pelatihan penulisan karya ilmiah dalam meningkatkan kompetensi profesional guru Sekolah Dasar di Kabupaten Magetan. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan mixed methods dengan desain quasi-eksperimental tipe one group pretest–posttest. Subjek penelitian terdiri atas 40 guru Sekolah Dasar yang dipilih melalui teknik purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi tes kompetensi, angket, observasi, wawancara, dan analisis dokumen karya ilmiah peserta. Data kuantitatif dianalisis menggunakan statistik deskriptif dan uji perbedaan rata-rata, sedangkan data kualitatif dianalisis secara tematik untuk memperkuat interpretasi hasil penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan pada kompetensi penulisan karya ilmiah, dengan rata-rata skor meningkat dari 58,5 pada pretest menjadi 80,1 pada posttest. Selain itu, terjadi peningkatan motivasi dan kepercayaan diri guru dalam melaksanakan penelitian tindakan kelas serta menyusun karya ilmiah untuk publikasi. Pelatihan yang dirancang berbasis praktik dan disertai pendampingan intensif terbukti efektif dalam membangun budaya akademik dan mendukung pengembangan profesional berkelanjutan bagi guru. Oleh karena itu, program pelatihan penulisan karya ilmiah direkomendasikan untuk dilaksanakan secara berkesinambungan guna meningkatkan mutu pendidikan di tingkat Sekolah Dasar.
