PELATIHAN PEMANFAATAN E-LEARNING BERBASIS GOOGLE WORK SPACE FOR EDUCATION SEBAGAI MEDIA PEMBELAJARAN INTERAKTIF DI SDN KRATON 1, KECAMATAN MAOSPATI1

The integration of digital technology in primary education plays a vital role in fostering early digital literacy and sustaining student engagement. At SDN Kraton 1, Maospati District, the optimization of available digital tools presents a significant opportunity to improve instructional quality. This community service program aimed to enhance teachers’ competencies in utilizing Google Workspace for Education (GWfE) as an interactive and collaborative learning platform. The training adopted a hands-on workshop approach, enabling teachers to practice managing Google Classroom, developing collaborative learning materials using Google Docs and Google Slides, and designing interactive assessments through Google Forms. Participants were guided to transform conventional teaching resources into cloud-based digital media while emphasizing real-time collaboration features to support dynamic classroom interaction. The results indicate a substantial improvement in teachers’ technical proficiency and confidence in integrating Google’s digital ecosystem into daily instruction. Furthermore, the implementation of GWfE contributed to more systematic classroom management and improved student engagement. This initiative represents an essential step toward establishing sustainable ICT-based education practices in the Maospati District and strengthening teachers’ professional capacity in digital pedagogy.
