This community service project aims to explore the implementation of public speaking training for Karang Taruna (Youth Organization) administrators in Maospati District to enhance their communication and leadership skills. As a youth organization with a strategic role in community empowerment, Karang Taruna requires strong public speaking competence to effectively support the delivery of its social programs. The training was designed to equip participants with the ability to articulate ideas, motivate members, and engage with the community more effectively. Using a qualitative approach, the training integrated communication theory and presentation techniques delivered in an interactive workshop format. Data were collected through observations, participant interviews, and post-training evaluations. The findings indicate that the training significantly increased participants’ self-confidence, clarity in message delivery, persuasive speaking skills, and ability to manage audiences across various situations. Furthermore, the training contributed to improved leadership quality, as reflected in participants’ enhanced performance in leading meetings and organizational activities. This study concludes that public speaking training is an effective strategy for strengthening the leadership capacity of Karang Taruna administrators and supporting their roles in community development.
