Abstract

This study investigates elementary school teachers' perceptions of inclusive education training, focusing on Magetan Regency, East Java. The study aims to (1) describe the teachers' perceptions of inclusive education training and (2) identify the challenges and opportunities of implementing inclusive education in the region. This qualitative research, using a descriptive design, reveals that while teachers show positive perceptions of the training, challenges remain, such as limited resources and insufficient support. Opportunities include increased teacher awareness and ongoing government support. This research contributes to improving inclusive education programs in Indonesia.
