Abstract

Education is the main basis for human resource development, which must be implemented constructively, comprehensively and continuously. Constructive means stipulation and has legal force in terms of its implementation. comprehensive in the sense that the educational process covers all aspects and dimensions of humans, so that the resulting humans are complete, namely humans who are intellectually, emotionally and spiritually intelligent. The solution carried out by the community service team was to provide guidance and training for post-PAUD teachers in Pandean Village, Magetan Regency. The method used in this activity is based on the service objectives that have been prepared so the steps or method of implementation are arranged. 1. training in preparing learning tools and making APE. 2. Improving the Management of AUD Educational Institutions. 3. Skills training for parents, with training in skills in making accessories and food for parents/helpers, it is hoped that it can improve their economy
