The Bursa Kerja Khusus (BKK) plays a strategic role in connecting vocational students with the labor market; however, many schools in Ponorogo District still rely on manual data management systems, resulting in inefficiencies and mismatches between graduate competencies and industry needs. This community service project aimed to develop an Integrated BKK Portal and Student Portfolio System to optimize the job-matching process. The system incorporates a digital portfolio module that enables students to document their technical skills, certifications, achievements, and work experience in a structured and accessible format. On the employer side, the portal provides an automated job-matching feature that filters candidate profiles based on specific recruitment criteria. The development process involved needs assessment, system design, pilot implementation, and user training. The results indicate that the digital portal significantly improves the speed of job vacancy dissemination, enhances transparency in recruitment processes, and simplifies candidate screening for partner industries. Furthermore, the digitization of student career records strengthens the alignment between vocational education outcomes and labor market demands. This initiative contributes to improving graduate employability and supports sustainable local economic development in Ponorogo Regency.
