The rapid development of information technology has increased the importance of e-learning applications in improving educational quality, particularly in student learning evaluation. This study aims to identify the training needs of teachers at SDN Ronowijayan regarding the use of e-learning applications as tools for evaluating student learning outcomes. A qualitative method with a descriptive approach was employed. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation to examine teachers’ readiness and competence in utilizing information technology. The findings reveal that most teachers had limited understanding of how to effectively use e-learning applications for designing evaluation instruments, administering online assessments, and analyzing student performance data. In response, a training program was implemented to introduce various e-learning platforms and provide practical guidance on their use in evaluation processes. The results indicate a significant improvement in teachers’ knowledge and skills in applying e-learning applications for learning evaluation. This study contributes practical insights for schools seeking to integrate educational technology to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of student assessment practices.
