This community service program aimed to enhance the understanding and entrepreneurial competencies of teachers at SDN Ngujung 1 Magetan through the integration of entrepreneurship concepts into elementary school learning. The program was initiated in response to teachers’ limited understanding of entrepreneurship education and the suboptimal integration of creativity, innovation, and local potential in classroom practices. A participatory and andragogical approach was employed, encompassing needs analysis, interactive training sessions, experiential practice, and continuous mentoring. Evaluation instruments included observation, performance assessment sheets, and reviews of entrepreneurship-based lesson plans developed by the participants. The results demonstrated a significant improvement in teachers’ understanding of entrepreneurship concepts, their ability to design Project-Based Learning (PjBL) activities, and their confidence in implementing creative and contextual learning. Teachers were able to develop simple entrepreneurship projects aligned with the local context of the school environment. These findings indicate that practice-oriented training combined with intensive mentoring is effective in strengthening teachers’ entrepreneurial competencies. Therefore, this community service program contributes to fostering a creative and productive learning culture in elementary schools and supports the development of independent and innovative learner profiles.
