This study aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of a health education workshop program provided to elementary school students and their families in Sukomoro Village, Magetan Regency. Health education at the elementary school level is crucial for establishing healthy lifestyle habits from an early age, as well as engaging families in disease prevention and improving quality of life. The workshop covered topics such as healthy eating habits, the importance of personal hygiene, and ways to prevent infectious and non-communicable diseases. This study used a quantitative approach with an experimental design, where data were collected through pre- and post-tests administered to students and parents before and after the workshop. Interviews with participants were also conducted to gain a deeper understanding of their understanding of the material presented. The results showed a significant increase in students' and parents' health knowledge and attitudes after the workshop. Students demonstrated positive changes in personal hygiene and dietary behaviors, while parents demonstrated a greater awareness of the importance of supporting a healthy lifestyle at home. This study recommends that such health education programs be implemented sustainably to improve the quality of community health in the village.
