Keywords:

This qualitative research explores the implementation of a health education program for elementary school students and their families in Takeran Village. The study aims to understand the program's effectiveness, the challenges faced during its implementation, and its impact on the health knowledge and practices of the target population. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, data were collected through in-depth interviews with program organizers, teachers, students, and parents, as well as through direct observation of educational activities. The findings indicate that the program has been successful in raising awareness about healthy lifestyles, hygiene, and disease prevention. The active participation of students and their families was a key factor in the program's success. However, the study also identified several challenges, including limited resources and a lack of continuous follow-up after the program concluded. This research provides a deep understanding of the dynamics of community-based health education and offers valuable insights for designing more effective and sustainable health promotion interventions in similar rural settings.
