Koordinasi Mata Tangan Terhadap Peningkatan Keterampilan Lay Up Shooting Bola Basket

Tujuan dari penelitian ini, untuk mengetahui seberapa besar hubungan antara daya tungkai, koordinasi mata-tangan, dan rasa percaya diri dengan hasil kemampuan menembak pada bola basket. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode korelasional dengan perhitungan product moment teknik. Sampel berjumlah 20 orang dari semua pemain / atlet bola basket ekstra di SMK Kesehatan Maospati. Hasil perhitungan yang diperoleh menunjukkan; 1). Ada hubungan positif antara Leg Power (X1) dengan hasil keterampilan Lay-up Shoot (Y) sebesar 68%. 2). Ada hubungan positif antara koordinasi mata tangan (X2), dengan hasil keterampilan Lay-up Shoot (Y) sebesar 42,2%. 3) Ada hubungan positif antara kepercayaan diri (X3) dan hasil keterampilan Lay-up Shoot (Y) sebesar 47,5%. Jadi ada hubungan positif antara kekuatan tungkai (X1) koordinasi mata-tangan (X1) dan kepercayaan diri (X3) bersama terhadap hasil keterampilan Lay-up Shoot (Y) yang diperoleh dari koefisien korelasi R sebesar 81,8%. Jadi kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kekuatan anggota tubuh, koordinasi mata-tangan, dan kepercayaan diri memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dengan hasil kemampuan lay-up menembak basket.
