ANALISIS KEPUASAN LAYANAN INFORMASI SEKOLAH MELALUI SURVEI BERBASIS WEB DI SMP NEGERI 1 JIWAN

High-quality information services are essential for sustaining effective communication between educational institutions, students, and parents. SMP Negeri 1 Jiwan seeks to evaluate the effectiveness of its current information delivery system to ensure stakeholder satisfaction and service improvement. This study aims to analyze stakeholder satisfaction levels using a web-based survey system that replaces conventional paper-based feedback methods, which are often inefficient and time-consuming. The research employs a quantitative descriptive approach, collecting data through a specifically developed digital survey platform. Key indicators assessed include information accessibility, accuracy, responsiveness, and clarity of the user interface. The implementation of the web-based system enables real-time feedback collection and automated data processing, facilitating faster and more objective decision-making. The findings provide a comprehensive overview of service performance and highlight specific areas requiring enhancement. Moreover, the adoption of a digital survey system promotes transparency, accountability, and a culture of continuous improvement within the institution. This initiative supports the modernization of school information management and aligns service quality with the evolving digital expectations of the educational community.
