IMPLEMENTASI TUGAS GURU PEMBIMBING KHUSUS SERTA KENDALA SEBAGAI TENAGA PENDIDIK PROFESIONAL DI SEKOLAH INKLUSI DI KECAMATAN KARANGREJO

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi tugas Guru Pembimbing Khusus (GPK) serta berbagai kendala yang dihadapi dalam menjalankan perannya sebagai tenaga pendidik profesional di sekolah inklusi Kecamatan Karangrejo. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan subjek penelitian berupa GPK dan guru kelas yang dipilih secara purposive. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa GPK telah melaksanakan tugas utama yang meliputi identifikasi kebutuhan peserta didik, pendampingan proses pembelajaran, penyusunan program pembelajaran individual, serta kolaborasi dengan guru kelas. Namun demikian, pelaksanaan tugas tersebut masih menghadapi sejumlah kendala, antara lain keterbatasan jumlah GPK, tingginya beban kerja, minimnya pelatihan berkelanjutan, serta ketersediaan sarana pendukung yang belum optimal. Penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya penguatan kompetensi GPK serta dukungan kebijakan sekolah untuk meningkatkan kualitas layanan pendidikan inklusif.
