Inclusive education is an approach that guarantees equal learning rights for all children, including children with special needs (ABK). Appropriate assessment is crucial to ensure that ABK receive educational services tailored to their individual needs. This study aims to analyze the implementation of inclusive education assessment for ABK in Magetan Regency, including the challenges and solutions encountered. The research method used a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and document review. Participants included teachers, parents, experts, and policymakers in inclusive schools in Magetan. The results indicate that assessment for ABK in Magetan has been implemented through initial identification, multidisciplinary evaluation, and the development of an Individual Learning Program (PPI). However, several obstacles remain, such as a limited number of experts, teachers' lack of understanding of inclusive assessment, and a lack of supporting facilities. The study's conclusions emphasize the importance of improving teacher capacity, collaborating with professionals, and providing policy support from the local government to strengthen the inclusive education assessment system in Magetan. Recommendations include ongoing teacher training, the provision of standardized assessment tools, and synergy between schools, families, and the community.
