PELATIHAN DAN PENDAMPINGAN PEMBUATAN MEDIA PEMBELAJARAN BAGI ANAK BERKEBUTUHAN KHUSUS DI JAWA TIMUR

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan pelatihan dan pendampingan pembuatan media pembelajaran serta peran guru dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran bagi anak berkebutuhan khusus di Jawa Timur. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Subjek penelitian meliputi guru kelas, guru pendamping khusus, dan siswa anak berkebutuhan khusus yang dipilih secara purposive berdasarkan keterlibatan langsung dalam kegiatan pelatihan dan implementasi media pembelajaran. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi partisipatif, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan secara tematik melalui tahapan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan secara berkelanjutan. Keabsahan data dijaga melalui triangulasi sumber dan metode serta member checking. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan dan pendampingan memberikan dampak positif terhadap peningkatan kompetensi guru dalam merancang media pembelajaran adaptif, meningkatkan kreativitas pedagogik, serta mendorong keterlibatan aktif anak berkebutuhan khusus dalam proses pembelajaran. Media pembelajaran yang dikembangkan terbukti membantu meningkatkan perhatian, partisipasi, dan kemandirian siswa. Namun demikian, pelaksanaan kegiatan masih menghadapi kendala berupa keterbatasan waktu, sarana pendukung, serta kebutuhan akan pendampingan berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa pelatihan dan pendampingan media pembelajaran merupakan strategi yang efektif dalam memperkuat praktik pendidikan inklusif dan meningkatkan kualitas layanan pendidikan bagi anak berkebutuhan khusus.
