Pelatihan Pemanfaatan e learning berbasis google workspace for education sebagai media pembelajaran interaktif di SDN Kraton 1

This community service (PkM) program responds to the growing demand for digital transformation in the post-pandemic era by addressing the digital competence gap among teachers at SDN Kraton 1. The training aims to optimize the use of Google Workspace for Education (GWfE) as interactive learning media and to support teachers’ transition from passive platform users to active developers of digital learning content. Using an andragogical approach and a blended learning model, the program integrates face-to-face sessions for conceptual understanding with online mentoring and hands-on practice, strengthened through a Project-Based Learning (PjBL) framework.
The training modules cover core GWfE features, including Google Classroom for class management, Google Slides and Jamboard for collaborative presentations, and Google Forms for formative assessment and interactive quizzes. Through PjBL, teachers design instructional scenarios that foster students’ critical thinking and support interactive, technology-enhanced learning experiences. The program outcomes include increased teacher digital competence, the development of a digital learning resource repository (including automated assessment tools), and the formation of an internal trainer team to ensure program sustainability. Pre-test and post-test results show an improvement in teachers’ technical skills and a positive shift in their teaching practices. Overall, the program strengthens SDN Kraton 1’s readiness to meet 21st-century learning demands through systematic and scalable digital integration.
