This study aims to examine the implementation of Social Studies (IPS) learning that integrates local wisdom values and assesses its influence on the level of student understanding at the Elementary School level. The method used is a quantitative research method with a Quasi-experimental research type. The data collection technique is by conducting a test to measure student understanding in IPS learning, especially on the material of my proud region. There is a significant difference between IPS learning outcomes in pre-test and post-test data, thus the implementation of local wisdom in IPS learning can improve the understanding of Elementary School students.
