Digital transformation can improve the efficiency, market reach, and information quality of village-based agribusiness, but its welfare effects depend on local infrastructure, farmer capabilities, and collective institutions. This study analyzes the readiness and welfare pathways of digital agribusiness transformation in Suratmajan Village, Maospati, Magetan. A descriptive qualitative case-study design was applied using secondary data from Maospati Subdistrict in Figures 2023 and an integrative review of reputable national and international literature published in 2018–2023. The analysis covered digital connectivity, market infrastructure, financial and collective institutions, and mechanisms linking digital adoption with farmer welfare. Results show that Suratmajan has strong 4G/LTE connectivity, four cellular towers, six service operators, and formal financial access, while recorded physical market facilities remain limited. Digital transformation is therefore most feasible through farmer-group-based marketing, digital farm records, price information, digital payments, and cooperative data management. Welfare gains require digital literacy, trusted governance, and measurable farmer value capture.
