This study analyzes local economic strengthening and entrepreneurship development based on agricultural resources in Kraton Urban Village. The research used a descriptive qualitative approach and was conducted from September 14 to October 14, 2022. Data were collected through field observation, semi-structured interviews, limited discussions, and document studies, then analyzed through data reduction, data display, conclusion drawing, and SWOT analysis. The findings show that Kraton has local economic potential through productive yards, agricultural commodities, household processing skills, social capital, and local consumer access. However, development is constrained by weak product standardization, business recording, branding, financing access, and partnership networks. The study recommends five strategic pillars: potential mapping, entrepreneurship incubation, institutional strengthening, value-added innovation, and collaborative marketing.
