This study describes the implementation of adapted physical education for hearing-impaired students at SLB Panca Bhakti Magetan. A descriptive qualitative approach was applied through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation involving physical education teachers, special assistant teachers, the principal, and hearing-impaired students. Data were analyzed using the interactive model of data reduction, display, and conclusion drawing. The findings show that adapted physical education is implemented through inclusive, modified, and individualized learning. Teachers use sign language, facial expression, visual cues, pictures, and direct movement demonstration to replace verbal instruction. Assessment emphasizes participation and individual progress rather than final performance. Supporting factors include teacher commitment, school leadership, parental involvement, and student motivation, while constraints include limited adaptive equipment, teacher training, and digital media.
