The rapid advancement of educational technology requires teachers to continuously adapt their pedagogical approaches by integrating digital learning platforms into classroom instruction. Although SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Ponorogo has adequate digital infrastructure, the effective utilization of e-learning tools for daily teaching activities remains limited. This community service program aimed to enhance teachers’ professional competence through intensive training on e-learning integration. The program focused on practical skills, including learning management system (LMS) navigation, digital content development, and the implementation of synchronous and asynchronous interaction strategies. A hands-on workshop model was applied, combining instructional presentations, guided practice, and consultative assistance to support teachers in transforming conventional lesson plans into interactive digital formats that promote student engagement. The findings indicate a significant improvement in teachers’ technical proficiency and a positive change in their attitudes toward digital pedagogy. The implementation of e-learning has enabled more flexible, structured, and interactive classroom management. This initiative strengthens the school’s readiness to implement sustainable digital-based instruction and contributes to improving educational quality and student learning outcomes in the digital era.
