This study aims to design and develop a Geographic Information System (GIS) for mapping agricultural land and irrigation networks in Sugihwaras Village using the Leaflet digital mapping library. The manual management of land and irrigation data has led to difficulties in accessing accurate information and limited support for effective agricultural planning and decision-making. Data were collected through field observations, interviews with village officials and farmers, and a review of relevant literature on land and irrigation management. The system was developed through stages of requirements analysis, system design, implementation, and performance testing. The resulting web-based GIS provides interactive visualization of agricultural land and irrigation networks, accompanied by detailed information such as land area, crop types, and irrigation status. System testing results indicate that the implementation of Leaflet-based GIS improves data visualization, enhances information accuracy, and facilitates faster and more structured agricultural planning. Therefore, the developed system serves as an effective tool for village authorities and farmers in managing agricultural resources, supporting data-driven decision-making, and increasing the efficiency and productivity of agricultural activities in Sugihwaras Village.
