This community service-based study aims to examine the level of constitutional literacy among Generation Z regarding citizens’ rights and obligations in the digital space, focusing on students of SMA Negeri 3 Madiun. Constitutional literacy refers to an individual’s understanding of fundamental constitutional rights and civic responsibilities within social, national, and state life, particularly in the context of rapid digital transformation. The study employed a quantitative approach using a survey method. Data were collected through structured questionnaires distributed to 100 students selected as respondents. The findings reveal that although most students possess basic knowledge of constitutional rights and obligations, their understanding of the practical implementation of these rights and responsibilities in digital contexts remains relatively limited. This gap indicates the urgency of strengthening constitutional literacy education with greater emphasis on digital citizenship competencies. The study highlights the need for curriculum innovation in Civics Education to address contemporary digital challenges and to foster active, responsible, and law-abiding participation among Generation Z in digital environments
