BIMBINGAN BELAJAR ALAM NONFORMAL BERKONSEP BAHASA INGGRIS SEBAGAI UPAYA MENUJU DESA SADAR WISATA DI DESA KINCANG WETAN, JIWAN, MADIUN

Program Bimbingan Belajar Alam Nonformal berkonsep Bahasa Inggris dilaksanakan di Desa Kincang Wetan sebagai upaya pemberdayaan masyarakat untuk mendukung pengembangan desa sadar wisata. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan proses pelaksanaan program serta menganalisis dampaknya terhadap peningkatan keterampilan bahasa Inggris dan pemahaman peserta mengenai potensi wisata lokal. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran nonformal berbasis alam memberikan pengalaman belajar yang kontekstual dan bermakna, serta mendorong peserta untuk aktif berkomunikasi dalam bahasa Inggris melalui kegiatan eksplorasi lingkungan dan simulasi pemanduan wisata. Peserta mengalami peningkatan dalam penguasaan kosakata, pelafalan, kepercayaan diri, serta kemampuan memperkenalkan potensi desa secara lebih terstruktur. Selain itu, terbentuknya kerja sama dan kesadaran wisata turut memperkuat karakter masyarakat sebagai agen pengembangan desa wisata. Meskipun masih terdapat kendala berupa kecanggungan awal dan keterbatasan kosakata, program ini secara keseluruhan terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan kapasitas masyarakat. Oleh karena itu, pembelajaran nonformal berbasis alam direkomendasikan sebagai model pemberdayaan masyarakat yang relevan dan berkelanjutan dalam mendukung pengembangan desa wisata.
