This study aims to describe the roles of teachers and parents in instilling moral values through character education in children in class B at TK Pembina. Early childhood moral education plays a crucial role in shaping a child's character, which can influence their behavior in the future. Therefore, the roles of teachers as educators at school and parents as the primary educators at home are essential in instilling moral values such as honesty, politeness, responsibility, and empathy in children. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach with data collection techniques such as in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and documentation. The subjects of the study consisted of class B teachers at TK Pembina and parents of children enrolled in that class. The results of the study show that teachers at TK Pembina use various methods such as habit formation through play, praise, and direct teaching to instill moral values in children. In addition, parents play a vital role by providing direct examples and reinforcing the moral values taught at school. Collaboration between teachers and parents is the key to instilling moral values in children. However, challenges such as differences in perceptions regarding educational methods and the influence of technological development also act as barriers to the process. This study concludes that good collaboration between teachers and parents, along with consistency in applying moral values both at home and school, is essential for the formation of morally upright children.
