The problems of this research include challenges that may be faced in implementing the democratic leadership of school principals in the development of educator professionalism, such as time constraints, lack of knowledge and leadership skills, concerns about authority, differences in goals and interests, ineffective communication, and an unsupportive school culture. This study aims to understand and analyze the principal's leadership in the development of educator professionalism. This study uses a qualitative approach by collecting data through in-depth interviews, observation, and analysis of related documents. The informants of this research are school principals, foundation heads, educators, students and parents. The results of this study reveal several important findings about the democratic leadership of school principals in the development of educator professionalism. First, the ability to make decisions through close collaboration, educators can share knowledge, experience and best practices, which as a whole improves the quality of teaching and learning in schools. Second, the motivational abilities of school principals which provide opportunities for educators to attend training, workshops and other professional development activities, as well as provide constructive feedback, help educators develop their skills and knowledge better. Third, open, clear, and effective communication skills between principals and educators that convey goals, expectations, and information well to educators, as well as facilitate two-way communication channels, creating an environment that supports the professional growth of educators.
