Abstract

Opportunity for us to create a culinary business. After making observations in the environment where we live, one of the culinary businesses that has the opportunity to develop in the area where we live is the crispy mushroom business. Oyster mushrooms are the basic ingredient for making these crispy mushrooms. Jamur oysters have a delicious taste and also have many benefits for your body's health. Actually, this business is not a new business, but with the uniqueness of the product we are offering, we are sure that this business has a big opportunity to develop well. There are many factors that need to be considered to advance the crispy mushroom business. Important factors that must be considered to be able to advance this business include choosing the right location, a good marketing strategy, setting a price that is acceptable to the public. If all the factors above can be planned well, this crispy mushroom business will develop well. For this reason, it is necessary to make a business plan as a reference in carrying out this crispy mushroom business
