Peran Kewirausahaan Agroeduwisata di Lumbung Strowberi

This study formulates a role-based model for encouraging agro-educational tourism entrepreneurship at Lumbung Stroberi, Ngerong Village, Plaosan District, Magetan Regency. The research used a descriptive qualitative case study conducted from September 6 to October 6, 2022. Data were collected through observation, semi-structured interviews, focused discussion, and document study, then analyzed through data reduction, data display, conclusion drawing, value chain mapping, and SWOT analysis. The findings show strong potential in strawberry commodities, fruit-picking experiences, agricultural learning, strategic tourism location, and local actor involvement. However, development is constrained by limited business management, financial recording, service standards, digital promotion, product diversification, and institutional coordination. The recommended model emphasizes capacity building, educational packages, processed strawberry products, service standardization, digital marketing, and pentahelix collaboration.
