This study analyzes the capacity of processed-industry micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in Gulun Village and formulates local entrepreneurship strategies to strengthen competitiveness and business sustainability. The research used a descriptive qualitative approach supported by SWOT analysis. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, documentation, and literature review involving MSME actors, village officials, consumers, marketing actors, and local economic stakeholders. The findings show that Gulun Village MSMEs have social capital, local raw materials, household production experience, and local market potential. However, business capacity is constrained by quality standardization, packaging design, financial recording, legality, digital promotion, production scale, and distribution networks. The recommended model is a capacity-strengthening model based on local entrepreneurship clusters integrating technical training, managerial assistance, product innovation, digital marketing, village partnerships, and institutional strengthening.
