This study aims to analyze the implementation of digital technology in the dairy cow milk supply chain to increase product added value in Kampung Susu Lawu, Magetan Regency. The research employed a descriptive qualitative approach with a field study method. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, documentation, and literature study involving dairy farmers, dairy product business managers, distributors, and consumers. The results showed that digital technology implementation through social media, marketplaces, digital communication applications, and digital business recording systems improved marketing effectiveness, expanded market access, accelerated product distribution, and increased the added value of processed dairy products. Digitalization also supported the development of educational tourism based on dairy farming activities. However, several obstacles were identified, including limited digital literacy, inadequate internet infrastructure, and lack of technological assistance for farmers. This study concludes that digital transformation in dairy agribusiness has significant potential to strengthen local economic development and improve community welfare in rural areas.
