Kegiatan webinar ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman serta membentuk persepsi positif mahasiswa terhadap individu berkebutuhan khusus dalam konteks pendidikan inklusif di Jawa Timur. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan meliputi penyampaian materi oleh narasumber, diskusi interaktif, dan refleksi peserta. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan, empati, dan kesadaran mahasiswa mengenai pentingnya penerimaan terhadap keberagaman serta pemenuhan hak pendidikan bagi individu berkebutuhan khusus. Dengan demikian, webinar ini berkontribusi dalam menumbuhkan sikap inklusif mahasiswa sebagai calon pendidik dan agen perubahan sosial.
