Kegiatan webinar ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesiapan individu berkebutuhan khusus dalam menghadapi dunia kerja melalui penguatan pemahaman, motivasi, serta keterampilan dasar karier. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan meliputi penyampaian materi oleh narasumber, diskusi interaktif, dan refleksi peserta. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan peserta mengenai kesiapan kerja, tumbuhnya kepercayaan diri, serta meningkatnya kesadaran peserta dan pendamping terhadap pentingnya penciptaan lingkungan kerja yang inklusif. Dengan demikian, webinar ini berkontribusi sebagai langkah awal dalam upaya pemberdayaan individu berkebutuhan khusus agar lebih siap dan percaya diri dalam mempersiapkan diri memasuki dunia kerja.
