Pengaruh Pendidikan Pertanian Organik terhadap Minat Generasi Muda
Keywords:
Organic agriculture education, youth interest, sustainable farming, environmental educationAbstract
Organic agriculture education has emerged as an important alternative to address the challenges of sustainability and environmental degradation caused by conventional agricultural practices. This study aims to analyze the impact of organic agriculture education on the interest of young people in participating in environmentally friendly farming activities. The research adopts a quantitative approach with a pre-test and post-test experimental design involving 200 students from universities across Indonesia. Data was collected through a questionnaire measuring knowledge, attitudes, and interest in organic farming before and after participating in the educational program. The results of the analysis show a significant increase in the interest of young people in organic farming after receiving education (p < 0.05). These findings indicate that organic agriculture education can effectively enhance the interest of young people in engaging in sustainable farming.
