Rancang Bangun Sistem Informasi Penjualan di Apotek Sakinah Sungailiat Berbasis Website
Abstract
Sakinah Pharmacy is one of the pharmacies that sells medicines located on Jalan Batin Tikal Sri Pemandang Sungailiat. In running business, Sakinah Sungailiat Pharmacy still uses the conventional system, namely all information regarding drug data and sales are still recorded and archived into a ledger. This resulted in many obstacles that occurred such as the length of the process of searching for drug data that was exhausted and expired, the difficulty of managing drug stock data, supplier data, purchasing data and drug sales data. Therefore, to overcome the problems that occur at the Sakinah Sungailiat Pharmacy, the author makes a website-based pharmacy sales information system that aims to make it easier for users to process and provide information related to pharmacy data and support work effectiveness and accuracy of data pharmacy results. The method used in building this system is the waterfall method which consists of stages of analysis, design, coding, testing, and implementation. Data collection techniques used in this information system are interviews, observations, and literature studies. In its development, this information system was built using the PHP and MySQL languages.
