This study analyzes the role of local actors in encouraging local-potential-based entrepreneurship in Mranggen Village. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, the research was conducted from September 5 to October 5, 2022, through field observation, semi-structured interviews, limited discussions, and document study. Informants included village officials, micro-entrepreneurs, productive youth, community leaders, and local facilitators. Data were analyzed through data reduction, data display, conclusion drawing, and SWOT analysis. The findings show that entrepreneurship in Mranggen can be strengthened through agricultural resources, household processed products, local services, simple digital networks, and village economic institutions. Main constraints include limited business literacy, capital access, product quality consistency, packaging, financial recording, and collaboration among actors. The study recommends potential mapping, village business incubation, managerial assistance, digital marketing, value-chain partnerships, and institutional strengthening.
