The development of learning media is a crucial aspect of improving the quality of special education services. Students with special needs require adaptive, interactive, and concrete learning resources to remain engaged. This study aims to develop interactive learning media for special education students at SLB Negeri Karangrejo and to evaluate its validity, practicality, and effectiveness. This Research and Development (R&D) study utilized the ADDIE model, which consists of Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation stages. Data were gathered through observations, interviews, validation sheets, questionnaires, and student learning achievement tests. The findings indicated that the developed interactive learning media successfully met the criteria for validity based on expert evaluation, practicality based on teacher and student feedback, and effectiveness based on improved learning outcomes. Additionally, the media significantly enhanced student engagement, motivation, and understanding of the materials. Therefore, the developed interactive learning media serves as an innovative and feasible learning resource to support special education learning processes.
