Abstract

The physical education learning process at SMP Negeri 2 Maospati has generally not been effective. This is due to the inadequate existence of physical education facilities and infrastructure as a supporting factor in the physical education learning process. Based on observations made by researchers, that in the research location there were still problems in sports, namely the lack of facilities and infrastructure at SMP Negeri 2 Maospati, so the learning process was not good. And that's where the researchers found out the lack of facilities and infrastructure that had to be repaired at SMP Negeri 2 Maospati. In accordance with these problems, the authors are interested in conducting research with the title survey of physical education learning facilities and infrastructure at SMP Negeri 2 Maospati, Magetan district, 2019/2020 academic year. The purpose of this study was to determine the existence of physical education facilities and infrastructure at SMP Negeri 2 Maospati. The research method used is a qualitative approach and survey research type. While the research instrument used in data collection is to use observation, interviews, and documentation to determine the existence of educational sports facilities and infrastructure. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that in general the existence of sports facilities and infrastructure for physical education is still inadequate. The existence of physical education facilities and infrastructure in the form of mattresses, soccer fields, badminton courts, like long jumps, soccer, volleyball, basketball, discs, and bullets. The existence of physical education facilities and infrastructure at SMP Negeri 2 Maospati is in the Complete category.
