Abstract

Advances in technology, computers and telecommunications support the development of internet technology. With the internet, local specialty food entrepreneurs, especially banana chips, no longer need to experience difficulties in obtaining any information to support their business activities. Based on data obtained from the Department of Industry and Trade Kab. Magetan in 2018 can be found that there are 32 business units capable of producing an average of 148.84 kg per week per business with an average price of Rp. 40,000 per kg. There are 31 Banana Chips Industry Center players who use E-commerce, from 2014-2016 the income earned by business people who use E-commerce is fluctuating. If the business actors who are in the area of ​​the Banana Chips Industry Center, Kab. Magetan can use E-commerce well, this of course can increase the increase in income that can be obtained by business people.

The problem raised in this study is how the influence of the use of E-commerce on the increase in income at the Banana Chips Industry Center, Kab. Magetan and in view of Islamic business ethics. This study aims to determine whether E-commerce has an effect on increasing income at the Banana Chips Industry Center, Kab. Magetan and in view of Islamic business ethics.

This research is a quantitative research with primary data. Collecting data in this study using a questionnaire method to producers and sellers in the banana chip industrial center, Kab. Magetan. The collected data were analyzed using simple linear regression. Overall the results of simple linear regression analysis concluded that, partially from the results of the individual parametric significant test (t test) on the E-commerce variable has a significant effect on the increase in income with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05, which means approximately 95% of System E variables. -commerce affects Increased Revenue. Based on the viewpoint of Islamic Business Ethics, that the use of E-commerce in industrial centers means that humans must try to change their situation so that it is better, just as the use of E-commerce has an impact on changes in business. So that the government and the public continue to help promote the industrial center chips products so that they are known by tourists from outside the region and provide training.
