Pengaruh Latihan Lompat Kardus Gaya Jongkok Terhadap Prestasi Lompat Jauh Pada Siswa Kelas XI SMK Maospati Kabupaten Magetan Tahun Ajaran 2019/2020

Abstract

The quality of education in class XI SMK Maospati still needs to be improved again. The learning media used is monotonous only. This causes student achievement to be classified as low so that physical education learning is very boring.

This study aims to determine the effect of cardboard style jumping training on student achievement in class XI SMK Negeri Pelajar 2019/2020. This research is a research with a quantitative approach in the experimental research method of one group pretest-posttest design. This research was conducted at SMK Maospati class XI with 11 students. Retrieval of data in this study using tests and documentation.

Based on the research results, there is an r test result value of 0.997. Meanwhile, if you use r table for n = 10 with an error rate of 5% (0.05) then r table = 0.602. Then the relationship between the use of cardboard media on learning outcomes squat style long jump can be said to be significant and has a very strong relationship when compared with the table value as the Interpretation of the Correlation Coefficient. Based on the results of the test output, we can know the t-test value of 36.690 with the number of samples in the 0.05% degree of error. Based on the 0.05% error, it is known that the distribution of values in the table is 1.796. This proves that the hypothesis in this study is acceptable, namely that there is an influence between squat-style cardboard jumping training and long jump achievement in Class XI Students of Maospati Vocational School, Maospati District, Magetan Regency.
